THE YOUNG (Y3)
Unique in that it's neighbor is I-10 and immediately you say NO!!! (because of sound) but we say "Au Contraire!" For some reason, (and more than triple paned windows) sound is not a factor in filming here. Maybe it's because sound rises and this is either below or even with the 10, but whatever it is..we have filmed here for years. The new Manager is very Film Savvy and we've set up several units for you to see even on a "drop by".. NO MORE waiting for 24 hours to get in !!
You may want "Unit X on X floor facing X" and that we'd have to set up for next day if it's not already one of the 'select' but you can at least see what they look like and how they are configured - instantly!!

We've used this wonderful Great Lady in "24" (first run), numerous Commercials and other Series! The Manager's Apartment has windows that are below Street level! One of the longest running TV Commercials of recent History was shot from street level (man who found a wallet and called the wallet owner who peers out of his 5th floor window). We have units available that are either side by side or CATTY CORNERED, on any side of the building, just let us know - we have unit(s) available for you to scout. As with all of our buildings, the Tenants have agreed in advance not to interfere with filming!
